Simple Planning Poker Instructions

1.  Product Owner presents a story to be estimated.
2. Scrum team asks questions (Product Owner answers)
3. Scrum Master Asks Team “Do we have enough information to estimate”
   1. Yes Teams Estimates
   2. No Team should explain what is missing and the story goes back to PO
4. Each team member privately chooses an estimation (do not show your estimation to others)
5. After everyone has chosen a card, all selections are revealed.
6. People with high and low estimates explain how they came to their estimate.
7. If the team has consensus
   1. Yes Story is now estimated
   2. No Repeat from Step 2

Repeat until all stories are estimated.
